Pre-filled syringes and vials filled at our injectable plants are currently exported to more than 60 countries worldwide.

ROVI is specialist in the aseptic filling and packaging of small volume parenteral (SVP) solutions in pre-filled syringes and vials.

Pre-filled syringe sizes: From 0.5 ml up to 20 ml.

Filled from 0.2 ml up to 20 ml.

Vial sizes: From 2 ml up to 10 ml.

An automatic inspection system rejects any defective unit.

Madrid:

ROVI having 50 years of experience in Manufacturing pharmaceutical products, offers Contract Manufacturing services from 1995. Our FDA-approved production site is based in Madrid, Spain, and includes three high-speed filling lines.

As a result, we are one of the largest worldwide specialists in the preparation and filling of parenterals in pre-filled syringes (PFS) and vials, under aseptic conditions and/or using terminal sterilization.

San Sebastián de los Reyes:

In 2015, ROVI acquired a new facility near Madrid, allowing us to become a global leader in Contract Manufacturing services for injectables. The facility is a European benchmark for aseptic filling, with an annual filling capacity of 120 million syringes and 40 million vials.

Our exceptional quality level has been certified by the FDA (USA), ANVISA (Brazil), KFDA (Korea), MHRA (UK) and AEMPS (Spain), and has been recognized by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
