Labeling, Blistering and Boxing
8 high-speed blister lines fully dedicated to injectables and 3 flexible blister lines.
2 Dividella lines incoming.
An automatic inspection system rejects any defective unit.
All lines are fully ready for serialization.
Quality/Testing
The pharmaceutical products that are produced in the injectables plant are guaranteed to be of the highest quality and are in strict compliance with international guidelines.
Warehouse and Logistics
A raw material warehouse is also available, where we store products at different room temperatures.
Stability studies
We perform stability studies in full compliance with ICH guidelines.

Madrid:
ROVI having 50 years of experience in Manufacturing pharmaceutical products, offers Contract Manufacturing services from 1995. Our FDA-approved production site is based in Madrid, Spain, and includes three high-speed filling lines.
As a result, we are one of the largest worldwide specialists in the preparation and filling of parenterals in pre-filled syringes (PFS) and vials, under aseptic conditions and/or using terminal sterilization.
San Sebastián de los Reyes:
In 2015, ROVI acquired a new facility near Madrid, allowing us to become a global leader in Contract Manufacturing services for injectables. The facility is a European benchmark for aseptic filling, with an annual filling capacity of 200 million syringes and 160 million vials.
In 2020, due to the Pandemic situation, ROVI and MODERNA reached an agreement for Rovi to Supply Covid-19 vaccine Worldwide except for the USA, increasing Rovi Capacity up to 300 Million syringes and 120 Million Vials.
Our exceptional quality level has been certified by the FDA (USA), PMDA (Japan), ANVISA (Brazil), KFDA (Korea), MHRA (UK) and AEMPS (Spain), and has been recognized by the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
